About Individual Therapy
Many times, we feel unhappy for many reasons. Our upbringing, unfulfilled expectations from ourself and others make us upset. Most common thoughts behind such upsets are, “I am not good enough”, “I could have done it better”, “People take me for granted”, “I am not appreciated”, “Why me?” etc.
Such thoughts trigger negative feelings like Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Loneliness, Worthlessness, Low Self Confidence etc and they invade our happiness. The emotional blockage makes us dysfunction. Family relations and professional relations become stressful.
Individual therapy is a help to identify thoughts that trigger negative feelings and suggests ways to deal with them.
